I’m an LA-based writer and screenwriter. Having grown up in a grim Russian reality, I spent my childhood watching Andrei Tarkovsky films and dreaming up improbable worlds. In my own writing, I love creating multi-dimensional characters who defy convention in the character-driven action, comedy, drama, and horror genres. I was published in The New York Times and Reader’s Digest. My TV pilot screenplay was a Second Rounder in the 2024 Austin Film Festival Screenplay Competition and a Quarterfinalist in the 2024 ScreenCraft Film Fund.
As a Film & Video Editor, I look for meaningful and energized ways to post-produce great stories. I've edited documentary features, broadcast TV episodes, and countless digital and branded series, totaling over 100 million views on YouTube. I’ve done work for OpenAI, IBM, CNBC, Wired, Bon Appetit, MTV, GQ, Toyota, JetBlue, PayPal, Bloomberg, and National Endowment for the Arts, among many others. Most recently, I worked on an ABC/Hulu true crime documentary “Behind Closed Doors.”
